1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information that you provide to us.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you register on the Services, express an interest in obtaining information about us or our programmes, book a session, complete our client intake process, or otherwise contact us. This includes:

  • Contact details (name, email address, phone number)

  • Payment information, processed through our payment provider, Stripe (we do not directly store your card details)

  • Intake and reflection information, including responses to our structured intake process, which invites reflection on areas of life such as health, relationships, spirituality, and general wellbeing

Sensitive Information. We do not actively request sensitive personal information as a condition of working with us. However, because our intake process invites open reflection, clients may voluntarily disclose sensitive categories of information, most commonly relating to their health, relationships and wellbeing. Where this happens, we treat that information with additional care, use it only to inform and deliver our coaching services to you, and do not share it with third parties except our payment processor and website provider as necessary to operate our Services, or where legally required.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes to such personal information.

Information automatically collected

In Short: Some information — such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address and/or browser and device characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the Services. This information does not reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, referring URLs, country, approximate location, and information about how and when you use our Services. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for basic analytics and reporting purposes.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide our coaching and hypnotherapy services, communicate with you, and, where you've opted in, to send you marketing about our programmes.

We process your personal information for the following reasons:

  • To perform our contract with you: to deliver coaching, hypnotherapy, and related services you have engaged us for, including intake, session delivery, and billing.

  • For our legitimate interests: to assess client fit and readiness for coaching, in order to ensure the coaching relationship serves both the client's wellbeing and the integrity of the coaching container; to understand how our website is used so we can improve it; to request feedback to improve our services; and to protect our Services from misuse.

  • With your consent, for marketing: to send you information about programmes, webinars, and offers, where you have opted in to receive these communications. You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe at any time.

We process your information only when we have a valid legal reason to do so.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

In Short: We do not sell your information. We share it only with the specific service providers who help us run our business.

We may need to share your personal information in the following situations:

  • Payment processing. We share payment-related information with Stripe, our payment processor, to process your payments securely. See Stripe's privacy policy: https://stripe.com/gb/privacy

  • Website and membership hosting. We share information with Wix, our website and site membership provider, to operate our website and manage client logins. See Wix's privacy policy: https://www.wix.com/about/privacy

  • Legal requirements. We may disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the safety of others.

We do not share your information with affiliates, business partners, or third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We use cookies for essential site functionality, membership login, and basic analytics.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to gather information when you interact with our Services. These help us maintain the security of our Services, keep you logged in as a member, and understand how our site is used through basic analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or ad-tracking technologies on our Services.

5. HOW DO WE HANDLE YOUR SOCIAL LOGINS?

In Short: If our Services offer the ability to log in using a social media account, we may receive certain profile information about you.

Where you choose to register or log in using a third-party social media account, we will receive certain profile information from that provider, such as your name and email address. We use this information only for the purposes described in this Notice.

6. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

In Short: We may transfer, store, and process your information in countries other than your own.

Our website is hosted through Wix, and payments are processed through Stripe. Regardless of your location, your information may be transferred to, stored by, and processed in the facilities of these providers, which may be located outside your home country. If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we take appropriate measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Notice and applicable law, including relying on providers who maintain appropriate safeguards for international data transfers.

7. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this Notice, unless a longer period is required by law.

We retain client intake and session-related information for 6 years following the end of the coaching relationship, in line with common practice for professional coaching and therapeutic services. Website analytics data is retained in accordance with our providers' standard retention periods. When we no longer have an ongoing legitimate need to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymise it, or, where that isn't possible, securely isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS?

In Short: We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age.

Our Services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from someone under 18, we will take reasonable steps to promptly delete that information. If you believe we may have collected information from a minor, please contact us at [email address].

9. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

In Short: Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal of consent regarding your personal information.

If you are located in the UK, EU, Switzerland, Canada, South Africa, Australia, or New Zealand, applicable law may give you rights over your personal information, which can include the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of your information, and the right to object to certain processing.

Withdrawing your consent: Where we rely on your consent to process your information (for example, for marketing communications), you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 12. This will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before your withdrawal.

10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers include a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") feature you can activate to signal your privacy preference. As no uniform technology standard for recognising DNT signals currently exists, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals.

11. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this Notice. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
