About Me

Despite a traumatic childhood, I learned to become a ‘high-functioning’ adult—until that functioning collapsed into severe physical and emotional burnout, leading to hospitalisation in 2009 and a radical turning point in my life.

My recovery began at the London Buddhist Centre, where I was introduced to insight meditation - a practice that would completely reshape how I understood the mind. What started as healing became a deep path of inquiry, taking me to Plum Village in France, into training with teachers such as Jack Kornfield and Mark Coleman in the Rocky Mountains, and eventually into a seven-month silent retreat in Northern Thailand, where I began teaching.

In 2016, I was invited to join a community to co-create Wonderland Healing Center in Koh Phangan, now a globally recognised retreat space. I have since spent a decade immersed in therapeutic training and practice, including transpersonal coaching, hypnosis, NLP, EFT, Internal Family Systems, emotionally focused couple’s coaching, shadow integration, mindfulness-based stress reduction, and non-violent communication.

Following the great success of Wonderland, we are now completing WonderVillage, a second, large-scale residential and retreat project designed to support deeper community living and transformation.
Over the years, I have taught thousands of individuals across retreats, yoga teacher trainings, and corporate settings—including organisations such as the United Nations, NASA, and international tech companies—and co-led meditation and trekking retreats in Nepal. I also facilitate walking meditation programs through the Inner Walk project, in collaboration with Buddhist monk Prah Orlarn.

I am a member of the Ethical Coaching Collective, with a focus on radical responsibility, emotional fluency, and identity transformation, and have spent the past decade apprenticing with Curandera and shamanic guide Tony Moss, supporting the therapeutic use of plant medicine.

Now based between Thailand, Brighton, and Ibiza, my work is devoted to catalysing deep and lasting transformation.
Having moved through PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain into a life of integration, joy and wellbeing, I bring a grounded, experiential understanding to the work—combining rigorous training with lived experience to help others reshape their inner world and the lives they create from it.
