Meditation 

Widely known for being able to "teach meditation to the unteachable" - I am the Lead Meditation Teacher at Wonderland Healing Center, Koh Phangan, Thailand.

 

I offer 1-2-1 meditation instruction for beginners and more experienced practitioners, run a weekly zoom meditation group called The Haven, and run corporate mindfulness programs for organisations such as the United Nations in Bangkok, Nasa, Inlight, Accor and more.

I can authentically say that meditation completely changed my life and I've seen it change the lives of many hundreds of people.

Developing the ability to compassionately witness our thoughts and feelings without identifying with them gives us an understanding of how the mind works - and where resiliency comes from - which in turn helps us navigate change and uncertainty with far more grace and ease.​

I've intentionally made this weekly group practice highly affordable and you can try it free for 1 week, all sessions are recorded.

Through practicing meditation with Aly and her personal guidance, I have transformed my life.
