My Biography

"All we are is peace, love, and wisdom, and the power to create the illusion that we are not."
- Jack Pransky

Life brought me to my knees with a blistering experience of physical and emotional burnout and hospitalisation in 2009, prompting a radical transformation in my life.

My journey of recovery began at the London Buddhist Center, where I first encountered the powerful practice of insight meditation. My quest for deeper understanding took me to Thich Nhat Hanh's Plum Village in France, and on to trainings with renowned teachers like Jack Kornfield and Mark Coleman in the U.S Rocky Mountains, and further to a 7-month silent retreat in the mountains of Northern Thailand, where I was invited to begin teaching meditation.

After a brutally impactful experience volunteering in the notorious 'Calais Jungle' refugee camp in 2014, my resolve to dedicate my life to service was solidified. Leaving a successful career in TV and Fashion, I embraced my true passions: meditation, the study of the mind, psychedelic therapy, trauma recovery and resilience modalities.

In 2016 I was invited to join an intentional community to help co-create Wonderland Healing Center on the tropical island of Koh Phangan. We are now in the final construction phase of WonderVillage, consisting of 120 units of mixed residential and retreat center accommodation.

As a Meditation Teacher and Transpersonal Coach, I've taught around 15,000 individuals, including Yoga Teacher Training groups and retreats in Nepal, and have facilitated walking meditation programs at the 'Inner Walk' project, created by Wonderland (in collaboration with my teacher, Buddhist Monk Prah Orlarn).

My training includes Hypnosis (at The Center for Integrative Hypnosis, N.Y) and E.F.T (Emotional Freedom Technique). I am a member of the Ethical Coaching Collective, with a focus on shadow work, radical responsibility, emotional fluency, archetypes, and identity transformation. I have apprenticed with Curandera and Shamanic Guide, Tony Moss of Bird Tribe for 10 years.

Additionally, I’ve been a keynote speaker on wellness and mental health, a facilitator of 'Authentic Relating' at events and festivals worldwide, and I design meditation and wellness programs for the business community. Corporate clients for mental health workshops and meditation include:

United Nations (Bangkok), Nasa (U.S.A), Acord (U.S.A), Broadsign (U.S.A), Inlight Tech (Australia)

Through my own profound transformation from a history of PTSD, depression, anxiety and chronic pain, to an integrated, pain-free life of well-being and fulfilment; my greatest passion is catalysing profound changes in others using a combination of proven mind-shifting modalities.

Though not formally educated in clinical practice, my learning is through lineage, from sitting at the feet of elders, mentors, ceremonialists, and long-term teachers. I am an autodidact, my education happened in the field, in community, and in direct apprenticeship, rooted in direct experience of consciousness. I’m the practitioner people go to when they need experiential grounding, soulful integration, and depth presence.

My personal explorations extend to Internal Family Systems informed coaching, Jungian studies, NLP, neuroscience and consciousness, epigenetics, somatic trauma therapy, quantum physics, and intentional community building. A staunch earth defender and advocate of ceremonial plant medicine and indigenous wisdom, I find peace in nature and purpose in community and heart-led service.
